use, store, and share your information when you use the BookMyCut Partner mobile application ("App") to
manage your shop profile, services, schedules, staff, queue, and bookings.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with a comprehensive business and queue management experience, we collect the following
information:
- Account & Profile Details: Your name, business email address, business phone
number, and profile/avatar image when you register as a partner.
- Business Information: Salon/shop name, full address, location coordinates, shop
photos, operating hours, service listings (names, durations, descriptions, and prices), and team
member profiles.
- Appointment and Queue Data: Customer names, selected services, booking times,
transaction statuses, and appointment histories processed through your salon.
- Payment & Billing Info: Subscription status and billing details. Any credit card or
payment information is securely processed and handled directly by our third-party payment processor
(Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
- Device and Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device
identifiers, IP address, and crash logs to monitor and maintain the App's stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To enable you to create and manage your salon profile, set service prices, list barbers, and
configure availability.
- To manage appointments, organize the live walk-in queue, and track business statistics.
- To facilitate notifications to you and your staff regarding new bookings, cancellations, or changes.
- To handle premium subscriptions and billing processes securely through Stripe.
- To analyze app performance, fix bug reports, and improve application security and performance.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your business or personal data. Your information is shared only under the
following conditions:
- With Customers: Your shop name, address, services, prices, business photos, team
member names, and availability are shared publicly via the customer-facing BookMyCut App so that
users can discover your business and book appointments.
- With Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted cloud infrastructure
providers (like Google Firebase for user authentication and push notifications, Supabase for cloud
database hosting and asset storage) and Stripe for subscription billing.
- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in
response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Security
We use modern industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and business information
against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All database communication is encrypted in
transit and at rest.
5. Account Deletion and Data Retention
If you decide to close your business account and wish to delete all associated shop and personal records
from BookMyCut Partner:
- You can email us at bookmycut.support@gmail.com with your registered business email
and salon details, and our support team will remove your business account, staff listings, and
personal data from our systems within 7 business days.
6. Third-Party Services
The App contains integrations with third-party service providers (like Firebase Core/Auth, Supabase, and
Stripe) to enable secure user authentication, database operations, asset storage, push notifications,
and payment processing. These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy
policies.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or compliance
requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
