Welcome to BookMyCut Partner. These Partner Terms of Service ("Partner Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookMyCut Partner mobile application ("Partner App") and merchant services dashboard. By registering as a barber, stylist, salon owner, or merchant provider on BookMyCut, you agree to be bound by these Partner Terms.
As a partner provider, you are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on your salon shop page, including location, operating hours, active barbers/staff, available service catalog details, and booking prices. You agree to represent your services and capabilities honestly to customers.
The Partner App enables you to receive client appointments, manage waiting lists, and set queue structures. You agree to respect all bookings made through the App and fulfill them at the scheduled time. Repeated failure to honor confirmed bookings or unexplained absences may lead to review or suspension of your partner account.
Access to advanced platform features—including multi-barber management, full live queue tracking, automated customer notifications, and business analytics—requires a paid subscription to BookMyCut Pro. We offer a 30-day free trial with zero commitment for new partners. Following the trial, subscriptions automatically renew at the standard monthly rate displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Canceling auto-renewal ensures you will not be charged for the next cycle and allows you to access Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or cancelled subscriptions, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer law or granted at the sole discretion of Apple or Google through their respective store refund policies.
Through bookings, you will receive access to client contact details (name, phone number). You agree to use this information solely for coordinating scheduled services. Sharing, selling, or utilizing this data for unauthorized advertising or spam violates both our privacy regulations and these Partner Terms.
The BookMyCut Partner platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operations of the scheduling features, and we are not liable for client no-shows, cancellation disputes, or loss of business arising from app downtime.
These Partner Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Partner Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Partner App constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
